Evaluation 12-3–06
I am a victor. I have the Victor living on the inside of me. I will not be defeated, because I will not quit. Only quitters are losers. Hallelujah! I will not be defeated by the flesh. I will not be defeated by the enemy. The enemy has already been defeated! The flesh has already been crucified! It is no longer I that live, but Christ that liveth in me! I declare the victory!!!!!!!!
I am the kind of person that goes the extra mile. I am the kind of person who works extra hard to get the job done. I am the kind of person who puts others ahead of myself. I am the kind of person God can use to accomplish His purposes. Glory! I am this kind of person, because I am a new creation in Christ Jesus! The old me is DEAD! I am a new living species, created in the image of God! Jesus Christ, the Greater One, lives within me. Living springs of water shall flow from my inmost being! Hallelujah!!!!!!! Glory!
I will not be defeated by my flesh. My flesh is the loser. I put my body under. I refuse to be a castaway. I refuse to be disqualified. I am a winner. I will finish my course with joy. I will rise early to praise my God. I will tell my flesh what to do and it will do it. I am not ruled by my flesh; I rule my flesh. I’m ruled my spirit, which is submitted to the Holy Spirit. I tell my flesh when to eat. I tell my flesh when not to eat. I tell my flesh when to sleep. I tell my flesh when to stay up. I tell my flesh when to study. I tell my flesh when it can relax. I tell my flesh when and how long to pray.
My flesh is a separate entity. I am a spirit. I realize that and meditate on that. I feed my spirit to make it strong. I exercise my spirit to make it stronger. I nourish my flesh by giving it what it needs, not what it wants.
My rest is in God. True refreshment and rest comes from God and is spiritual in nature. No natural rest can give you the true rest that you need. I choose to enter that rest. Glory to God.
