The Ravi Zacharias scandal really bothered me. I liked him. I liked listening to him. I never suspected that a guy like him could be capable of such impropriety. For my mind, it was necessary to work through how something like this could happen. The truth is that this kind of scandal is nothing new, nor will it be the last of them. The best thing we can do is to think biblically about the situation so we can not only better prepare ourselves for a future event, but to make sure that future event doesn’t involve us.
